Pretty Clueless?

Bride-to-be and audacious career girl Janelle Marquez had no clue what was waiting for her on the other side of the world.

Hopping on a plane on a whim to surprise her Asian American fiancé, she traveled to America on her own for the first time in her life - only to end up being the one surprised when she discovered the shocking truth her too-good-to-be-true, long-distance lover  had been hiding from her

inside his dark and cluttered apartment.

One night, while contemplating on going back home to the Philippines,

Janelle stumbled upon an intriguing guy who had her at

like a piece of hot, delicious, melt-in-your-mouth

Puto Bumbong

that got stuck in her taste buds.

His name was James Ren.

Young, attractive, intelligent, and reserved, the Japanese American was also charming, hounded by every warm-blooded woman he met, and had the

most beautiful eyes Janelle had ever seen.

But then again, he had his heart set on one special girl already - the one he was giving his special pink cherry blossoms to.

So why even bother?

But wait.

He did what?

"I just finished the book and I love it from the beginning to end. A wholesome love story and yet can make you laugh out loud. I recommend this book to the youngsters as well as to people who are young at heart. I can't wait for the sequel 😀😀"

"I so loved this book! I started reading Fobolous on a Friday, Jun 10th, and finished it the same day. 😂 I laughed so hard for a lot of things that I can relate with and still smiling when they crossed my mind. Janelle represented a lot of us yuppies (young urban professionals) from the achievers/dreamers population of the Philippines or any Asian third world country, who embarked on a journey to find love and a better life on the other side of the world. 😄 I fell in love with James too like Janelle! This book is a good introduction to learn some of the basics of cross-cultural and/or inter-racial relationships. The storyline was quite entertaining and made me travel back to the memory lane of my early twenties. What can I say... to put it simply this FOBOLOUS is truly FABULOUS! Can't wait for the author's next book! I'm a fan!😘😘😘💕 👍🏼👍🏼Congratulations!!!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼"
